Our Story

Auburn Service Center opened its doors 18 years ago and was championed by Rich Diebold who committed to friendly, honest, and affordable car repair mixed with a passion for the automotive world. After searching for a couple of years Rich found the right people to take over and on July 1st, 2021 Rich passed the torch to Kevin and Brennen Nelson, a dynamic father-son duo, who swore to uphold Rich’s tradition and continue Auburn Service Center’s Legacy.

From the very beginning, our mission has been clear to simplify and demystify the vehicle repair process and provide honest and friendly service all in a timely manner.. We believe in transparency, honesty, and above all quality workmanship. These core values guide every action we take at Auburn Service Center ensuring the customer always receives high-quality service and repairs.
